If You Support Bernie Sanders

lumber-jack-white:

You need to always have the mindset that Bernie Sanders is losing the election. You can’t say, “oh, everything seems to be going okay I don’t need to vote or support his campaign.”

Yes you do. You need to vote. Primaries and all. Don’t think it’s going okay. EVERY VOTE COUNTS. YOUR VOTE COULD BE THE WINNING VOTE.

If you want him to win, you have to support his campaign.

I saw this magazine in a grocery store and I immediately started freaking out. I have no idea what the article is about, because I was leaving checkout and had to rush out of there, but just knowing that asexuals are spotlighted in one that’s carried in stores makes me very happy.

You can read the article here

There are asexuals who find themselves attracted to television characters as they get to know them over the course of a season, but feel no stirring in their loins for the actors who play those characters.

That explains so much

If you don’t understand asexuality please read this. It’s so great and you get to see what an asexual is thinking in the midst of it all

andersondaily:

For someone who once turned her nose up at television, Gillian Anderson is on the tube quite a lot. When the much-anticipated revival of the cult sci-fi program The X-Files—which made her famous and won her an Emmy, a Golden Globe, and two Screen Actors Guild awards more than a decade ago as the FBI agent Dana Scully—premieres as a six-part miniseries on Fox in January, the London-based actress will be on no less than three shows. There’s also NBC’s Hannibal, in which she plays Hannibal Lecter’s psychotherapist, and the BBC’s The Fall, where she stars as a detective tracking a serial killer. All three characters, by nature and by profession, seem to be coated with Teflon. “The challenge is to keep these women out of Scully,” Anderson says. “Especially when I’m having equally fearless conversations with other law enforcement officials.” She laughs and admits that reprising the meticulous Scully—whom she inhabited for nine seasons and two films—is a bit like riding a bike. “Somewhere before the first read, it’ll just click into gear.” - W Magazine.

Meet Honey Bee, The Rescued Blind Cat Who Loves Hiking

Meet Honey Bee, a blind cat from Fiji with a beautiful spirit and a wonderful message of hope. Once upon a time Honey Bee lived at an animal shelter called Animals Fiji, but today she happily lives with her 2 loving humans and 4 other cats all the way in Seattle. After first adopting a blind cat, her owners likely didn’t know what to expect, but turns out Honey Bee is just like any other cat with eyes. Actually, Honey Bee is arguably WAY more incredible.

First and foremost, unlike most scaredy cats this brave cat LOVES to go hiking. On BoredPanda.com her owners write, “When we go hiking, we take her on our shoulders or with a leash. People say they love dogs because you can take them hiking, but Honey Bee loves hiking, too!”

Watch a lovely video of her hiking here.

I wanted to make I post I could link too whenever someone asks me this~

Seriously. Even if I was hella in shape, really healthy, no one would be asking for health or work out tips from me if I was fat. Stop assuming because someone looks like what society deems as ‘healthy’ or ‘fit’ that they are, it’s a lie, they are try to sell you things and make you hate and judge strangers. Stop buying into it.

40k notes and a lot of people were still defending the idea that fat people are unhealthy regardless, but I openly say I eat shit and don’t work out and I don’t care and no one said shit about my health. No one messaged me concerned about my diet or lack of exercise.

Because I’m skinny and you people are hiding behind this faux concern so you don’t seem like a bunch of fucking assholes for hating fat people and wanting them to hate themselves

I reblogged this before but I gotta reblog it again.
